Today I arranged to have lunch with Megan, a Fulbright student based in Kutná Hora who was coming into Prague for a bit of Christmas shopping, and next thing we knew it was midafternoon and there was no point in going to the archive (although at that point the library was still possible). Before long, we were arranging to meet up with Deborah, also here on Fulbright, and at that point it seemed clear that no research would get done today.
However, strangely enough, the topic of blogs came up. I confessed I had one, and it turned out Deborah also has one. So, you can get, again, another version of the American-in-Prague experience from Deborah, who has been working with the Národní muzeum and some non-profits.
